Order Processing & Shipping

Once you have placed an order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. Upon receiving your order we will process your order for shipment and your product will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If, for any reason, you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@reformrecoverycollective.com.

Please note that we do not offer shipping outside the lower 48 states in the USA.

Damage During Shipment

Upon receiving your items, please thoroughly inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any issues, please make sure to note them when signing for delivery. In the unfortunate event that your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send us photos and a summary of the damages to sales@reformrecoverycollective.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will review and take care of processing a return or replacement order on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

At The Reform Recovery Collective, we take pride in offering one of the industry's most customer-friendly return policies. You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, and this service is completely free of charge. (Please note that exceptions may apply depending on our manufacturer policies, especially to custom-made orders.)

Refunds & Returns

If you need to return or exchange your product, you may do so depending on the product, but please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. Please refer to the product page on our website for specific return/refund policies of the manufacturer.
