Customer Responsibilities:
- Please note that customers bear the responsibility of coordinating the unloading process from the delivery truck.
- Orders are packaged in crates that vary in length, ranging from 6 feet to 14 feet, and in weight, from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, contingent upon the size of the sauna. (This does not apply if your order does not include a sauna.)
- Customers are responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the delivery truck.
- Suggested methods for unloading the truck include using a forklift or other mechanical equipment, which may require forklift extensions.Â
- Alternatively, you can have a crew of helpers capable of either removing the sauna from the truck or unloading the crate while it remains on the truck until it can be lifted off safely.
