Replacement Cover

• Your order is a top priority for us and will be processed promptly within 48 hours. We utilize the reliable services of UPS or FedEx for shipping.
• The delivery timeframe for your order typically spans 7 to 10 business days from the point of order processing, contingent upon your specific shipping location within the United States.
• To keep you informed and updated, an email confirmation will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
• All shipments are designated for curbside delivery, ensuring convenience and ease for our customers.

For Damaged Products:

• In the event that your product arrives damaged, you should promptly provide a summary of the damage along with photos to sales@reformrecoverycollective.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• If the return for a damaged product is approved, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.

For Returns:

• You have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to return the product for a refund, with the following conditions.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for return. If it's not in its original state and packaging, the return will not be accepted.
• A restocking fee of 30% applies to returns, covering return shipping, cleaning if necessary, and repackaging of the product.
• Accessories and wears are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged. In that case, contact sales@reformrecoverycollective.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, the manufacturer will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Return shipments will be scheduled for pickup within 2-5 days of the label being sent, and a physical person must be present for pickup.
• After the returned order is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded, minus the 30% restocking fee.
